Omsbuds Services provide a confidential and impartial space for discussing conflicts that are affecting you or other members of your organization. As an ombuds person, Elenie will allow you to fully explain your conflict, the ways it is affecting you or your team, the strategies you've tried or would like to try, and any other aspects of the situation you'd like to discuss. She will give you time to reflect and ask you questions to help you clarify your thinking and sharpen your perceptions. It differs from coaching and consulting in that no plans for action are developed or supported unless specifically requested. Its a resource for constructive venting and consideration of one's options without any influence to take a particular action.
